Dr. Ronald John Caldwell, Jr.
Dr. Ronald J. Caldwell graduated from Colorado State University in 1994 before completing his dental degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2003. He has practiced in the area since 2005. Dr. Caldwell is very active in continuing education and is also a member of the Texas Dental Association and Capital Area Dental Society. As a dentist, Dr. Caldwell strives to treat patients conservatively, effectively, and efficiently with the highest quality in mind.
Outside the office, Dr. Caldwell is an avid hunter and golfer. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Marnie; his son, Cameron; and his daughters, Kate and Caroline.
Dr. Victoria Mcguffin
Dr. Ryan Weber
Dr. Weber is a Texas native, born and raised in north Austin before venturing to Waco for college. Drawn to the intersection of medicine, dentistry, and anesthesia, Dr. Weber chose to become an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He received extensive training in various aspects of oral surgery. Dr. Weber has been published in a variety of medical journals and has presented at national meetings on orthognathic and cleft lip surgeries, as well as the emergence of virtual technology applications in surgery.
After some time away, he returned to Central Texas and has been providing quality oral surgery services to the Austin area and its surrounding communities ever since.
Dr. Weber received his bachelor’s in biology from Baylor University in 2008. In 2015, he graduated from the University of Texas School of Dentistry. He then attended the University of Mississippi School of Medicine before completing his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at its medical center in 2021.
Outside of the practice, Dr. Weber enjoys playing guitar, hitting the green, and spending time with his children.
Dr. Weber is board-certified by the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also a member of:

Dr. Christina Aponte
Dr. Aponte earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College and holds a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences from the University at Buffalo. Her strong academic background and passion for oral health have made the journey as enjoyable as the results.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Aponte is dedicated to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where every patient feels comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic journey.
Outside of the office, she enjoys attending improv and stand-up comedy shows and is an enthusiastic supporter of her favorite sports teams, the Buffalo Bills and the New York Yankees.
With a warm personality and a genuine love for what she does, Dr. Aponte is excited to help you smile with confidence.
Dr. Nada Fawzi
Known for her friendly personality and gentle approach, Dr. Fawzi strives to make every patient feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their smile. She believes in building lasting relationships based on trust and genuinely enjoys helping patients of all ages have positive dental experiences.
Outside the office, Dr. Fawzi enjoys cooking, going to the gym, taking walks, and spending time with her friends and family. She’s excited to call Texas home and feels grateful to care for such a warm and welcoming community.
